Flint to spokojny chłopak, który lubi przywitać się z ludźmi i nie ma problemów z obcymi, nawet z weterynarzem. Przyjmuje wszystko na spokojnie i jest bardzo łagodny, pokazując prawdziwy entuzjazm tylko wtedy, gdy dostrzeże szczura. Flint wydaje się być dobrze sobie radzącym psem i nie boi się zaglądać swoim długim nosem do dostępnych woreczków z przekąskami, więc zalecamy trzymanie stołów czystych od jedzenia, gdy on jest w domu! Dzieli klatkę z innym gonię, a wydaje się stosunkowo spokojny przy innych dużych psach, choć nie wchodzi w grę, gdy jego przyjaciel gra zabawkami, lepiej obserwuje ją uważnie! Dobrze byłoby upewnić się, że będzie monitorowany wobec nowych zabawek, jeśli żyje z innym psem, by mieć pewność, że nie pojawią się problemy. Flint może mieszkać z innymi gonię lub dużymi psami oraz dziećmi w wieku gimnazjalnym. Ponieważ jest biegaczem z wyścigów, najprawdopodobniej nie przebywał wcześniej w domu, więc proszę być cierpliwym w jego szkoleniu do domowego poziomu oraz przyzwyczajaniu się do czasu samotności. Flint is a quiet boy who likes to say hello to people and has no issues with strangers, even the vet. He takes everything in his long stride and is very easy going, only showing any real excitement when he spots a squirrel. Flint seems to be a fairly confident dog and has no qualms about sticking his long snoot into available treat pouches, so we'd suggest keeping your worktops free of food at home when he's around! He has happily shared his kennel happily with another Greyhound and seems relatively at ease with other large dogs although he doesn't get involved when his pals are playing with toys, he likes to watch them intently! It would be a good idea to make sure he is monitored around any new toys if he lives with another dog, just to make sure there's no issues. Flint can live with other Greyhounds or large dogs and children of high school age. As he is an ex racer he is unlikely to have been in a home before so please be patient with his house training and getting used to spending time alone. Flint has alopecia and would benefit from some cosy jumpers in cooler weather.
