Personality:Harry is a vocal and loving boy. He enjoys having the space to explore and loves some enrichment to keep him occupied. When he is undisturbed, he is good at taking himself off to rest, usually at the height of his unit where he can still look over his surroundings. Behaviour:Harry comes over to greet his socialisers when they enter his unit. He rubs against them for a bit of fuss then is off stretch his legs on the cattery floor. At times, he can enjoy playing, either independently or with his socialisers. He will do well in a home that can provide him with mental and physical stimulation. Housing:Harry will need a home with outside access to a secure cat proof garden. For example, cat proof fencing barrier or a large Catio. Please provide photos with your application so it can be processed further. He cannot be homed in Southampton so19 area. Children/pets:Harry will need an adult only home. Harry will need to be in an only pet household due to his strong disliking to cats and dogs. He would ideally like no neighbouring cats to reduce his frustration. Vet history:Harry is neutered, microchipped, flea and wormed. His second vaccination is due between 27/07/26 – 2/08/26 at the shelter and the cost is included in the adoption fee. Harry has no known medical conditions. He has had some matts removed and his fur is nicely regrowing. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption. Adoption fee:The adoption fee is £100. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated. Additional information:All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal.
