Jerry est un chien sensible qui peut se montrer un peu craintif au premier abord. Mais une fois en confiance, il révèle une toute autre facette : un compagnon doux et tendre... Pour se sentir bien, Jerry aura besoin d'un environnement calme et stable, idéalement à la campagne, avec un jardin bien clôturé où il pourra évoluer en toute sécurité. C'est un chien actif qui aime bouger, mais toujours avec douceur. Lorsqu'il est effrayé, il peut chercher à fuir et il faut dire qu'il est plutôt doué pour sauter ! Son futur foyer devra donc être attentif à bien sécuriser les espaces. La présence d'un autre chien serait un vrai plus pour lui : cela le rassure beaucoup et l'aide à prendre confiance.
