julien arrived at our shelter after being abandoned. His previous owner, facing health issues, could no longer care for him. Today, this young German Shepherd is eagerly awaiting a new chance with a family ready to accompany him into adulthood. At just 11 months old, julien is full of energy, very dynamic, playful, and sometimes a bit rambunctious. He still needs education and will require consistent and gentle training to become a balanced companion. Intelligent and eager, he will need regular physical and mental exercise to thrive. He is clean and enjoys human company. True to his breed, he is also a good guard dog, attentive to his surroundings. We do not yet know how he gets along with females or cats. For safety, we will avoid placing him with male dogs and young children, but he may be suitable for teenagers.

Julien est arrivé au refuge suite à un abandon. Son ancien propriétaire, confronté à des problèmes de santé, ne pouvait plus s’occuper de lui. Aujourd’hui, ce jeune Berger Allemand attend une nouvelle chance auprès d’une famille prête à l’accompagner dans sa vie d’adulte. À seulement 11 mois, Julien est un chien plein d’énergie, très dynamique, joueur et parfois un peu foufou. Il manque encore d’éducation et aura besoin d’un apprentissage cohérent et bienveillant pour devenir un compagnon équilibré. Intelligent et volontaire, il devra bénéficier de dépenses physiques et mentales régulières afin de s’épanouir pleinement. Il est propre et apprécie la présence humaine. Fidèle aux qualités de sa race, c’est également un bon gardien, attentif à son environnement. Nous ne connaissons pas encore ses ententes avec les femelles ni avec les chats. Par précaution, nous éviterons un placement avec des chiens mâles et des jeunes enfants car brusque. Adolescents oui.
