Meet Kara ❤️ Kara is a lovely older crossbreed, around seven to eight years old, with the sweetest, gentlest nature. She’s the kind of dog who’s simply happy to spend time with you, whatever you’re doing. She enjoys pottering around the garden, loves a gentle stroll, and is equally content curling up in her bed for a cosy nap. Kara is a clean and tidy girl who asks for very little—just a loving home where she can enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Sadly, Kara came into our care as a stray. She wasn’t microchipped, and despite every effort to trace her owner, no one came forward to claim her. Now she’s ready to find the forever home she truly deserves. Kara would make a wonderful companion for an older person or a quieter household looking for a calm, loyal friend. She’s happiest by your side, whether that’s enjoying a gentle wander around the garden or simply relaxing together at home. Her hearing isn’t the best these days—although she somehow never misses the sound of a packet of treats being opened! We like to think she might just have a touch of selective hearing. Kara is a settled, content, and affectionate girl with so much love to give. She’s ready to become a cherished member of a family who will appreciate just how special she is.
