Lexie is an adorable dog who has never known anything but hardship. She’s looking for a gentle and patient family who can help her build confidence in herself. She’s already made great progress at the shelter and is slowly starting to enjoy walks on a leash. Lexie was born with a heart defect that, unfortunately, wasn’t treated when she was a puppy. Although she’s now undergone surgery, she still needs daily medication to support her heart (about €100 per month for treatment). She gets along well with other dogs. However, she’s never been around cats. She’s never lived in a home before and will need a fenced-in yard.

Lexie est une adorable chienne qui n’a rien connu. Elle recherche une famille douce et patiente qui saura l’aider à prendre confiance en elle. Elle a déjà beaucoup progressé au refuge et commence doucement les balades en laisse. Lexie est née avec une malformation cardiaque qui, malheureusement, n’a pas été prise en charge lorsqu’elle était chiot. Aujourd’hui opérée, elle a tout de même besoin d’un traitement quotidien pour aider son cœur (environ 100€ par mois pour le traitement) Elle s’entend avec ses congénères. En revanche, elle ne connaît pas les chats. Elle n’a jamais mis les pattes dans un foyer et aura besoin d’un jardin clôturé.
