In December 2022, we were called from a municipal dog pound in Ciudad Real where they had found Manolo with four twisted legs and thought they were broken. We urgently traveled there and took Manolo to the veterinarian. After performing several diagnostic tests, they diagnosed Manolo with partial pituitary dwarfism and started treatment with growth hormones. Fortunately, the treatment worked very well, and Manolo grew and developed. Meanwhile, Manolo was undergoing rehabilitation and hydrotherapy to alleviate their pain. When the hormone treatment came to an end, the hospital orthopedists determined that Manolo needed to be operated on both front legs and performed two arthrodeses. The back legs adapted naturally as the traumas had said, and now Manolo leads a normal life, is very affectionate. En Diciembre de 2022 nos llamaron de una perrera municipal en Ciudad Real donde habían encontrado a Manolo con las 4 patas torcidas y pensaban que se las habían roto. Nos desplazamos urgentemente y lo llevamos al veterinario, tras realizarle varias pruebas diagnosticaron que Manolo tiene enanismo hipofisario parcial y empezó tratamiento con hormonas de crecimiento, afortunadamente le vinieron muy bien y Manolo creció y se desarrolló. En paralelo iba a rehabilitación e hidroterapia para atenuar su dolor. Cuando el tratamiento con hormonas llegó a su fin los traumatólogos del hospital determinaron que tenía que ser operado de sus dos patas delanteras y le realizaron dos atrodesis. Las patas de atrás se adaptan de forma natural como nos habían dicho los traumas y ahora mismo Manolo hace una vida normal, es muy cariñoso. Es un perro joven y lleno de vida que está deseando encontrar una familia responsable que lo adopte y lo cuide. ¿Quieres darle un hogar?
