Mateo doesn’t hold back when it comes to making friends! Everyone he meets gets the full Mateo welcome, complete with plenty of tail wags and excitement — especially when there are delicious treats on offer. He loves resting his head on your lap and enjoys gentle neck scratches, but there’s also a playful side waiting to burst out. Zoomies, chasing toys and having fun are all firm favourites, and watching Mateo play has been described by our team as “a pleasure.” Mateo is looking for a home where he can be the only pet, as he hasn’t yet been mixed with other dogs. He can live with secondary-school-aged children and, according to his assessment, can be left for up to four hours.
