Mule has had a sheltered life, and is a bit spooked of the big wide world. He is still worried by new people, and is looking for an understanding home that will be able to offer him the reassurance and space he needs to be able to build his confidence. Luckily Mule loves treats, especially sausages, which have been a great tool in making friends with his handlers in our centre. He has been so brave since being in our care and is now coming over to his favourite people for a little fuss. Mule really relies on other dogs to feel safe and would love to live with a confident dog who can show him the ropes. He will need his own private garden as at the moment though, as walking on lead is still a bit scary for him. Once Mule has his home comforts and routine, he will grow into the loving fun boy that we know he is! Meet Mule, a gorgeous 4 year old Crossbreed looking for his forever home. Mule has had a sheltered life so far, and has missed out on a lot of what he needed in his early years. He relies a lot on other dogs to feel safe, so would benefit from going home with a confident, resident dog who can show him the ropes. Mule would like all children in the home to be sensible secondary school aged and know when to give him his space. He is a nervous baby, so would be looking for an understanding, patient home that are willing to take things at his pace. A quieter home with a routine and not too much coming and going would be very beneficial for him to build his confidence. He is a gorgeous boy, who we know has the sweetest temperament beneath the worried exterior. He does enjoy his food, so this could be a good tool in making friends, but will need owners to respect his space until he is ready to initiate fuss.
