His story: Oleg, Johnny and Kaya are urgently seeking a home or at least a foster home. The three puppies are currently living together with their mother at the mother's owners. We were able to neuter the mother and leave the three puppies there until we find a home for them. But the puppies are not really wanted, and every time our animal welfare workers:innen visit and bring food, they threaten to leave the little ones in the forest. Unfortunately, that is currently the only option we have, but it is not the best option in general. The little ones are not allowed in the house and are mostly confined to the stable. It's high time they were seen. Olegs' mother is a black Labrador-Mix. Oleg is a real bundle of energy. The little friendly whirlwind will probably grow to be medium-sized when he matures. He is puppy-type playful, likes people and dogs, and also knows cats. Unlike his mother, he has light fur, which suits him well. Oleg is looking for people who don't expect much from him at first and show him how a normal dog life works. He is still a baby and needs to learn a lot. Sometimes a mishap shouldn't be held against him, and he should always be guided with a positive reinforcement training style. He is looking forward to his new life with nature walks, lots of snuggling hours, and also a visit to puppy school. In the first year of life, puppies should be as little alone as possible. Additionally, the more demanding pubertal phase is approaching. The hormone chaos turns the little rascals' lives upside down. They "forget" a lot of what they have learned and their ears are on full blast. Therefore, it is especially important in this phase to be consistent— but loving— in training. And there is also good news: This phase will pass! Oleg travels microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. He also has his EU pet passport in his luggage. Many thanks to Sunny W.! Seine Geschichte: Oleg, Johnny und Kaya suchen dringend ein Zuhause oder zumindest eine Pflegestelle. Die drei Welpen leben zurzeit noch, zusammen mit ihrer Mutter, bei den Besitzern der Mutter. Wir konnten die Mutter mittlerweile kastrieren und die drei Welpen dort lassen, bis wir ein Zuhause finden. Aber die Welpen sind nicht wirklich erwünscht und jedes Mal wenn unsere Tierschützer:innen nach ihnen sehen und Futter bringen, droht man ihnen an die Kleinen im Wald auszusetzen. Leider ist das zurzeit die einzige Option die wir haben, aber auch allgemein nicht die Beste. Die Kleinen dürfen nicht ins Haus und werden überwiegend im Stall eingesperrt. Höchste Zeit, dass sie gesehen werden. Olegs Mutter ist ein schwarzer Labrador-Mix. Oleg ist ein richtiges Energiebündel. Der kleine freundliche Wirbelwind wird ausgewachsen wahrscheinlich mittelgroß werden. Er ist welpentypisch verspielt, mag Menschen und Hunde und kennt auch Katzen. Im Gegensatz zu seiner Mutter hat er helles Fell, was ihm ausgezeichnet steht. Oleg sucht Menschen, die erstmal nichts von ihm erwarten und ihm zeigen, wie ein normales Hundeleben funktioniert. Er ist noch ein Baby und muss noch viel lernen. Das ein oder andere Malheur sollte man ihm nicht übelnehmen und ihn stets mit einem positiv verstärkenden Erziehungsstil begleiten. Er freut sich schon auf sein neues Leben mit schönen Spaziergängen in der Natur, vielen Schmusestunden und auch auf einen Besuch in der Welpenschule. Im ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen so wenig wie möglich alleine sein. Außerdem steht die eher anstrengende Pubertätszeit bevor. Das Hormonchaos stellt das Leben der kleinen Racker auf den Kopf. Sie “vergessen” oft alles, was sie bisher gelernt haben und die Ohren schalten auf Durchzug. Daher ist es in dieser Phase besonders wichtig, konsequent – aber liebevoll – zu erziehen. Und es gibt auch eine gute Nachricht: Auch diese Phase geht vorüber! Oleg reist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Auch seinen EU-Heimtierausweis hat er im Gepäck. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle, kann er, gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro, seine große Reise in sein Zuhause antreten. Vielen Dank Sunny W.!
