Pick-up in the suburbs, owner has no permit for the care of the animals; the animals were noticed during a house search by the PI today; eats mice and smaller rats; sits in a terrarium (200 x 70 x 70 cm), unsafely; one part of the terrarium contains a water basin (lower section rodent cage) with very dirty water, 1 stone, and a piece of wood; the other side with soil as the ground, over which moss/heather/wood wool, cork pieces, and 1 cork roost with a light, basic lighting over fluorescent tubes, an elevated level at the rear wall (without access) with cork and a plant (ivy); Scientific name: Caiman crocodilus Station number: 3/21 Threatened species: Yes Further:

Abholung vorort, Besitzer hat keine Genehmigung zur Haltung der Tiere; Tiere sind heute bei Wohnungsdurchsuchung durch PI aufgefallen; frißt Mäuse und kleinere Ratten; sitzt in Terrarium (200 x 70 x 70 cm), ungesichert; eine Hälte des Terrariums nimmt Wasserbecken (Unterteil Nagerkäfig) ein, darin sehr dreckiges Wasser, 1 Stein sowie ein Holzstück; andere Seite mit Erde als Bodengrund, darüber Moos/Heu/Holzwolle, Korkstücke und 1 Korkröhre, 1 Soinnenplatz mit Strahler, Grundbeleuchtung über Leuchtstoffröhren, an Rückwand erhöhte Ebene (ohne Zugang) mit Kork und einer Pflanze (Efeu); Wissenschaftlicher Name: Caiman crocodilus Stationsnummer: 3/21 Gefahrtier: Ja Weiteres: juveniler Brillenkaiman
