Sansa can be shy when meeting new people and is worried around unfamiliar dogs, preferring not to interact with them apart from Purdy. She could live with sensible older primary school-aged children who understand that she needs space and time to settle. As she was rarely left alone in her previous home, any time spent on her own will need to be introduced gradually to help her feel safe and secure. Sansa and Purdy are looking for a calm, loving home that will take life at their pace, continue building confidence through positive experiences, and give them the reassurance they need to blossom into the wonderful companions they truly are. Sansa is an approximately 7-year-old sweetheart looking for a patient and understanding family who will help her build confidence at her own pace. She is a gentle, affectionate girl who loves fuss and attention from the people she trusts and is happiest when she can be close to her family. Sansa has not experienced much of the world and can find new situations overwhelming, sometimes becoming too worried to continue on walks. However, with time, patience, and gentle encouragement, she begins to grow in confidence. She would ideally love to find a home with her best friend, Purdy, as having Purdy by her side helps her feel much more secure and confident when exploring.
