Some stories are harder to tell than others. One morning, we arrived at the sanctuary to find a carrier left at our gates. Inside was Seamus, a frightened 14-year-old cat who had been abandoned throughout the night. At an age when he should have been spending his days curled up in a warm bed, surrounded by love and familiarity, Seamus found himself alone. Despite everything, he remains the sweetest gentleman and loves greeting staff and getting attention from them. Seamus is so full of love, that even his coat has a heart shaped in it! It feels as though he's carrying his heart on the outside, quietly showing the world just how much love he still has left to give. Seamus is looking for a home where he is the only pet as he does not like his furry neighbours. He would like a quieter home to spend his retirement home- one with older children, and safe outdoor access.
