GLOW-UP ALERT: MEET SMUDGE! From stray to sensational, Smudge’s rags-to-riches story is officially complete—and now he’s looking for his forever home! When Smudge first arrived, he was a bit grubby, bedraggled, and in need of some vet TLC (including initial dental care). Fast forward to today, and this 4-year-old black-and-white boy has transformed into a total superstar looking downright magnificent.
