Toto is small in size but big in personality. Behind that friendly appearance is a dog full of character who likes to be respected and maintain his independence. He's not a fan of being overly handled and likes to show he has his own opinions. He needs regular grooming, including haircuts done by someone with experience and patience, because Toto won't accept just any "hairdresser".
