Note: Although he is currently up for adoption, his physical and/or mental condition requires that he remain in foster care indefinitely, and any associated costs must be borne by the animal rescue association. Therefore, the only options are sponsorship or making nominal donations, if desired. Thank you for your invaluable help. Truman, a German Shepherd mix, had a good family but a health issue has made it impossible for them to keep him. He is very good, affectionate, and obedient.
