Cały teren ma 11.424 metrów kwadratowych, więc jest więcej niż dwukrotnie większy od obecnego terenu w Dolores. Projekt przewiduje 10-metrową odległość między zewnętrznymi ścianami budynków a ogrodzeniem, dając wystarczająco dużo miejsca na spacerowanie psów po całym terenie.

The site has been cleared, materials have started to arrive and the footprint of the buildings is beginning to appear. In these pictures you can see the office block closest to you, and further away the puppy pens, the storage areas and the large dog kennels. In total the site is 11,424 square metres so it is more than double the size of the existing site at Dolores. The design is such that there is a 10m gap between the outer walls of the buildings and the perimeter fence, giving plenty of room to walk dogs around the site.
