I’m a 3-year-old Labrador girl looking for my forever home. Everyone says I’m the sweetest girl, and I do love carrying my stuffed toys around with me wherever I go — they’re my favourite treasures! I also have the waggiest tail imaginable, especially when I’m happy to see my favourite people. I’m a clever girl and already know some basics like a “drop” and a “leave” , and I really enjoy learning with people who are kind and patient with me. When I first meet new people, I can be a little unsure and take a bit of time to feel confident. But once I know you, I’ll be your absolute best friend and happiest shadow. I love being close to my people and having gentle reassurance while I settle in. I may need a little refresher with my toilet training in a new home, but I’m expected to pick it up quickly once I understand my routine again. I’ll also need my leaving hours built up slowly and patiently, but once I’m settled, I should be happy being left for a couple of hours. I’m looking for a calm home where everyone is aged 14 or over. I could enjoy having some calm dog walking friends, but I wouldn’t like to live with cats or small pets. Busy places can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for me, so I think I’d be happiest living in a quieter or more rural home where I can relax and enjoy life at my own pace. A secure garden with 6ft fencing is important for me too, so I have somewhere safe to play and sniff around. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion with a soft heart, a constantly wagging tail, and a stuffed toy always in tow, I might just be your girl 💛
