Maya was abandoned at the shelter with her litter. Somewhat reserved, she seeks gentle and patient adopters who won't rush the process. She's not comfortable with handling at the moment. All her training needs to be done using positive and kind methods. Living outdoors, it will be necessary to transition her gradually. For this reason, we require placement with outdoor access away from urban stimuli. The presence of a first dog would be a plus. We avoid young children. Her compatibility with cats is unknown (testing can be done depending on profiles). Please research the breed's needs thoroughly.
