Aiko, a mixed breed dog, intact male, 4 and a half years old, medium to large size (36-38 kg). In the last two years he has spent in a dog shelter. Then a dog trainer took him away to be able to take him out and start a program to reintroduce him to the outside world, giving him visibility to facilitate his adoption. He is used to the harness and walks both on a leash/lead in urban environments and off-leash. He responds well to calls even in the presence of distractions. He has shown good skills with other dogs both in controlled situations (dog behaviorist center) and when free. He gets along well with females, while with males, if on a leash, it depends on the context and the dog. He is fearful of loud noises (tractors, excavators, drums...) and is little or not reactive to moving stimuli (runners, bikes, scooters) unless they come close to contact. He bonds very much with the person in charge and with people who interact with him in a correct way. Very cooperative and willing to listen, he gladly accepts rules and daily routine structures because they give him security. He loves olfactory search activities, swimming in water, being taken in the car and running in open spaces. Aiko is not a difficult dog. He is a dog that needs to be understood. The experience in the dog shelter has marked him greatly, increasing his insecurities and creating mistrust towards people, especially if forced to interact without knowing them. Per info Paola 3480120409 o Filly 3458426319.Ecco la descrizione accurata e onesta dell'educatore che lo sta seguendo.Aiko, meticcio, maschio intero,4 anni e mezzo,tg medio/grande (36-38 kg).Gli ulltimi 2 anni li ha trascorsi in canile. Poi un educatore lo ha portato via per poterlo fare uscire e iniziare un percorso al fine di riabituarlo al mondo esterno ,dandogli visibilità per facilitarne l'adozione. Abituato alla pettorina e a passeggiate sia al guinzaglio / lunghina in contesti urbani, sia in libertà.Risponde bene al richiamo anche in presenza di stimoli.Ha dimostrato ottime competenze con i suoi simili sia in situazioni modulate (centro cinofilo) sia da libero. Va d'accordo con femmine, mentre con i maschi,se al guinzaglio, dipende dal contesto e dal cane. Timoroso dei rumori forti (trattori,ruspe,botti...) e poco o nulla reattivo nei confronti di stimoli in movimento (runner,bici, monopattini) a meno che non arrivino vicini al contatto.Si lega molto alla persona di riferimento e alle persone che interagiscono con lui in modo corretto. Molto collaborativo e disposto all' ascolto,accetta volentieri regole e schemi di routine quotidiana perché gli danno sicurezza.Ama molto le attività di ricerca olfattiva, bagnarsi nell' acqua, essere portato in macchina e correre in spazi all' aperto. Aiko non è un cane difficile. È un cane che va capito.L'esperienza in canile lo ha segnato molto, portandolo ad accrescere le sue insicurezze e creare diffidenza nei confronti delle persone, soprattutto se costretto ad interagire senza conoscerle. Pertanto cerca una famiglia che sia un vero riferimento,che dia sicurezza,che rispetti i suoi tempi e le sue esigenze,che lo portino a fidarsi un po' alla volta facendo le giuste esperienze e il giusto percorso, qualcuno che "se lo viva appieno".Per questo è a disposizione l'educatore che lo ha in carico per seguire gratuitamente tutti i passaggi dell' inserimento,finché necessario.Ha sicuramente bisogno di una famiglia dinamica ,ma non troppo (sta molto volentieri anche a casa),un ambiente con giardino e bassi livelli di stress (no zone trafficate,no rumori,meglio no bambini).
