I am Amadeus, I came from a legacy and haven't had it easy so far. Now I hope for a new beginning and a wonderful cat life in a cat-experienced home. That's me: I am rather reserved and can also quickly become unsure, so I often react fearfully in new situations. I need time to build trust – and people who don't rush me. Once I feel really secure and know my trusted people, I can also allow closeness, enjoy cautious cuddles, and even give head rubs. But that can take a while. I am not a tomcat for chaos or quick approaches; I am someone who comes at my own pace. In the past, I lived quietly with a single, older lady – an environment that would also suit me well now. I wish for a very quiet home with cat-experienced people. I want to live as a single cat; small children should not be in the household. My new people should bring patience, empathy, and understanding and simply accept me as I am. Would you give a sensitive tomcat a chance?. This animal can be anxious in unfamiliar situations.

Ich bin Amadeus komme aus einem Nachlass und hatte es bisher nicht ganz so leicht. Jetzt hoffe ich auf einen Neuanfang und ein tolles Katerleben in einem katzenerfahrenen Zuhause. Das bin ich:Ich bin eher zurückhaltend und auch schnell unsicher, deshalb reagiere ich in neuen Situationen oft ängstlich. Ich brauche Zeit, um Vertrauen zu fassen – und Menschen, die mich nicht drängen. Wenn ich mich richtig sicher fühle und meine Bezugspersonen kenne, kann ich auch Nähe zulassen, genieße vorsichtige Streicheleinheiten und verteile sogar Köpfchen. Aber das kann ein Weilchen dauern. Ich bin kein Kater für Trubel oder schnelle Annäherung, sondern jemand, der in seinem eigenen Tempo ankommt. In der Vergangenheit habe ich ruhig bei einer alleinstehenden, älteren Dame gelebt – so ein Umfeld würde mir auch jetzt wieder gut tun. Ich wünsche mir ein sehr ruhiges Zuhause bei katzenerfahrenen Menschen. Ich möchte als Einzelkater leben; kleine Kinder sollten nicht im Haushalt leben. Meine neuen Menschen sollten Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis mitbringen und mich einfach so nehmen, wie ich bin. Möchtest du einem sensiblen Kater eine Chance geben?
