Barko’s Placement Assistance: Breed: Sheep Poodle/Great Poodle Mix Color: gray Gender: male Date of Birth: 05/14/2021 Neutered: yes Barko is a dog with a strong character and needs people who know what they want and accept him for who he is. When treated this way, he’s a wonderful dog with great potential. He finds it difficult to handle encounters with other dogs and to be left alone, and further work would be needed in these areas. Barko is an active dog who loves being included in everything. At home with his people, he settles down nicely and enjoys their close company. He displays a pronounced hunting instinct and cannot be placed with cats. Barko is not currently at our animal shelter, but we’d be happy to facilitate the connection.
