Bonnie is a young female dog from Romania, who has been living on a foster home since the end of April and has developed impressively quickly there. Already now, she is about 90% house-trained and shows how adaptable and eager to learn she is. Notably, she actively seeks proximity, can be touched and stroked anywhere without a problem, and enjoys physical contact very much. She quickly builds trust with new trusted people and is strongly oriented towards them. She finds peace either close to her people or relaxed in her crate. Overall, Bonnie is a cheerful, playful, and curious female dog who explores her surroundings step by step. Due to her age, she still likes to nibble on everything she finds – occasionally even leash or harness, although she usually puts the latter on willingly. When it comes to eating, she shows herself to be pleasant and uncomplicated: she eats well without gulping. New or unfamiliar sounds still unsettle Bonnie a bit at the moment, so she needs patient companionship. She also shows initial insecurity when meeting people and other dogs. On her own territory, she initially barks from a distance. However, if given the opportunity to approach at her own pace, her curiosity quickly prevails – then she sniffs curiously and greets her counterpart with a wagging tail. The Dog ABC is still very much at the beginning for Bonnie, but with her openness and people-oriented nature, she brings the best prerequisites to learn everything important. Ihre Geschichte: Bonnie ist eine junge Hündin aus Rumänien, geboren Ende Dezember, die seit Ende April auf ihrer Pflegestelle lebt. Dort zeigt sie jeden Tag mehr von ihrem liebevollen und fröhlichen Wesen. Mit aktuell etwa 11,5 kg bei 40 cm Schulterhöhe bringt sie eine handliche Größe mit und entwickelt sich zu einer tollen Begleiterin. Die junge Hündin ist offen, neugierig und sehr menschenbezogen. Sie liebt die Nähe zu ihren Bezugspersonen und genießt jede Aufmerksamkeit in vollen Zügen. Wenn sie vertraute Menschen begrüßt, strahlt sie über das ganze Gesicht – und manchmal wedelt sie sogar im Schlaf weiter. Bonnie bringt für ihr junges Alter bereits eine schöne Ausgeglichenheit mit. Sie kann gut entspannen, kommt schnell zur Ruhe und schläft nachts zuverlässig durch. Gleichzeitig steckt natürlich auch noch jede Menge Junghund in ihr: verspielt, aufgeweckt und voller Freude daran, die Welt zu entdecken. Besonders Spielzeug hat es ihr angetan. Auch das Hunde-ABC wird schon fleißig geübt. Mit ein paar Leckerlis lernt Bonnie schnell und zeigt bereits erste Erfolge bei „Sitz“ und „Platz“. Autofahren meistert sie problemlos und sowohl mit Kindern als auch mit anderen Hunden hat sie bereits gute Erfahrungen gesammelt. Das Alleinbleiben wird momentan Schritt für Schritt aufgebaut. Für Bonnie wünschen wir uns ein liebevolles Zuhause mit Menschen, die Freude daran haben, einen jungen Hund auf seinem weiteren Weg zu begleiten. Sie wird ihrer Familie mit ihrer fröhlichen und treuen Art ganz sicher viel Freude schenken.
