While he adapts remarkably well, he is not built for extremely strenuous exercise, endless running, or physically demanding activities. A home with realistic expectations and an understanding of his mobility needs would suit him best. What Citron truly deserves now is stability and comfort. He has already spent his life adapting to a body that works differently from other dogs, yet he remains affectionate, balanced, and emotionally open with humans. He does not ask for much from the world. Just kindness, patience, soft places to rest, and someone willing to love him exactly as he is. Dogs like Citron often leave the deepest impression because of how quietly they carry themselves through life. He may not be the loudest, fastest, or most attention seeking dog in the room, but there is a warmth and gentleness about him that stays with you long after you meet him.
