Cunoaște pe Esme, una dintre cele cinci pui născute cu succes în îngrijirea unuia dintre cele minunate shelter-uri partener. Mama ei, Reina, este un Podenco Andaluz mic, care a fost salvată de pe străzi când era gravida, iar ea a dat naștere scurt timp după ce a ajuns. Mulțumit că totul s-a desfășurat fără probleme, Reina a fost o mamă dedicată și blândă pentru cei mici. Esme și frații ei sunt încă foarte tineri, așa că personalitățile lor individuale se încep să apară. Ei au început să exploreze, să joace și să arate aceste prime indicii ale naturii curioase și pline de bucurie pe care o așteptăm de la pui crescuți cu drag și siguranță. Nu știm cine este tatăl, dar un colie este o posibilitate. Pe măsură ce Esme crește, vom afla mai multe despre caracterul ei - dar pentru moment, ea este un câine mic sănătos și fericit care primește cel mai bun început în viață. Puii de Podenco/adolescenți sunt foarte drăguți, dar au nevoie de antrenament constant, răbdare și înțelegere, în special prin faza de adolescent unde găsim multe persoane care tind să aibă probleme. Dacă dorești să adopți un pui de Podenco, asigură-te că ai reflectat corect la provocările pe care le poți întâlni în timp ce se maturizează într-un adult minunat, unde apoi vei putea beneficia de recompensele munca ta grea. Este o experiență minunată să crești un pui de Pod, dar nu este pentru inimi slabe! Esme va fi vaccinată și testată pentru toate bolile mediteraneene la vârsta potrivită. Ea are pasaport și este disponibilă pentru adopt acum (pentru Regatul Unit poate călători la 6 luni vârstă, pentru UE poate călători la 4 luni vârstă). Ea va avea și sterilizare la vârsta potrivită. Meet Esme, one of five puppies born safely in the care of one of our wonderful partner shelters. Their mum, Reina, is a small Podenco Andaluz who was rescued from the streets while heavily pregnant, and she gave birth shortly after arriving. Thankfully everything went smoothly, and Reina has been a devoted, gentle mum to her little ones. Esme and her siblings are still very young, so their individual personalities are only just beginning to emerge. They’ve started exploring, playing, and showing those first hints of the curious, joyful nature we expect from pups raised with love and security. We don’t know who dad is, though a collie is a possibility. As Esme grows, we’ll learn more about her character — but for now, she’s a healthy, happy puppy getting the very best start in life. Podenco puppies/adolescents are very cute, but they need consistent training, patience and understanding especially through the adolescent phase where we find a lot of people tend to struggle. If you apply to adopt a podenco puppy, please ensure you have properly thought through the challenges you might face whilst they mature into a wonderful adult where you can then reap the rewards of your hard work. It is a wonderful experience to bring up a pod puppy, but it is not for the faint hearted! Esme will be vaccinated and tested for all Mediterranean diseases at the appropriate age. She is passported and available for adoption now (for the UK she can travel at 6 months old for EU she can travel at 4 months old). She will also require neutering at the appropriate age.
