Year of birth: 2023 Firuze—the biggest oddball in our shelter—is waiting for his forever home. Firuze is a dog who’s hard to mistake for any other. He’s unique—not just in appearance, but above all in character. At first, he was terribly afraid of people. When he arrived at the shelter, he spent most of his time huddled in a corner, observing the world from a safe distance. Fortunately, earlier in his life he’d met an extraordinary lady who patiently fed him and helped him get used to human presence. It was thanks to her that we were able to secure his safety and give him a chance at a better life. Today, Firuze is taking small but incredibly important steps forward. Thanks to the patience of our staff and volunteers, he’s slowly overcoming his fears. More and more often, he approaches people, watches them with curiosity, and learns that humans can mean safety, warmth, and care. This isn’t a dog who’ll immediately jump onto your lap. He’s a dog who needs time, peace, and understanding. But once he trusts you, he’ll become the most beautiful gift you could ever give your caregiver. Could it be you who’ll recognize this extraordinary oddball as your best friend? Firuze is waiting for someone who’ll show him that a real home really does exist.

Rok urodzenia: 2023 Firuze – największy cudak w naszym schronisku czeka na swój dom. Firuze to psiak, którego trudno pomylić z jakimkolwiek innym. Jest wyjątkowy – nie tylko z wyglądu, ale przede wszystkim z charakteru. Na początku bardzo bał się ludzi. Gdy trafił do schroniska, większość czasu spędzał skulony w kącie, obserwując świat z bezpiecznej odległości. Na szczęście wcześniej spotkał na swojej drodze niezwykłą Panią, która cierpliwie go dokarmiała i oswajała z ludzką obecnością. To właśnie dzięki niej udało się go zabezpieczyć i dać mu szansę na lepsze życie. Dziś Firuze robi małe, ale ogromnie ważne kroki. Dzięki cierpliwości pracowników i wolontariuszy powoli przełamuje swoje lęki. Coraz częściej podchodzi, obserwuje z ciekawością i uczy się, że człowiek może oznaczać bezpieczeństwo, ciepło i troskę. To nie jest pies, który od razu wskoczy na kolana. To pies, który potrzebuje czasu, spokoju i wyrozumiałości.
