Cu aspectul său impresionant, sufletul blând și inima de aur pur, Marley este spiritul nostru prietenos al bunătății, aducând toată căldura unei dimineți de Crăciun într-un singur frumos greyhound. El este plin de farmec, caracter și bucurie, un adevărat strălucitor de Crăciun, iar cu el în preajmă chiar ziua cea mai întunecată de iarnă pare mai luminoasă. Marley are această daruire rară de a răspândi fericirea fără nici măcar să încerce, alunecând prin viață blând și lăsând zâmbete pretutindeni. Jucăuș, amuzant și plin de joacă, Marley are un spirit copilăros care răsună prin cuibării și aduce zâmbete nelimitate. Este mult mai interesat de colectarea afecțiunilor, atenției și îmbrățișărilor din partea oamenilor săi preferați decât de grijă pentru lumea înconjurătoare. Natura sa deschisă și veselă îl face o plăcere să fie alături de el, și a devenit rapid o parte iubită a familiei noastre de cuibării. Marley este perfectul echilibru între natura bună, afecțiunea blândă și farmecul jucăuș, acel fel de companie care aduce căldură, râs și lumină în fiecare zi. Îmi plac modul în care Marley își dorește să fie alături de noi oameni, dar este totodată fericit să se retragă pentru un moment de independență, ca un spirit blând care știe exact unde se încadrează. Personalitatea lui este una dintre cele mai blânde și grijulii pe care le poți întâlni. El citește emoțiile cu o normalitate naturală și pare mereu să știe când cineva are nevoie de un cârnat de Marley sau un ghiont de nas pentru a-i alina grijile. Este calm în cuibărie, relaxat, politicos și frumos educat, luând tot ce viața îi aruncă cu încredere calmă. Unde merge, face prieteni cu ușurință, răspândind căldură și bucurie, iar imposibil nu să te îndrăgostesc de el într-o clipă. Marley este plin de personalitate și este un băiat care nu ezită să-și facă prezența cunoscută, mai ales dacă înseamnă să adune mai multă dragoste și atenție. Goofiness-ul lui clasic de mascul greyhound este imposibil de rezistat, perfect echilibrat de partea lui blândă, afectuoasă și relaxată. Familia lui pentru totdeauna nu va adopta doar un câine, ci vor obține un prieten cel mai loial care aduce căldură, confort și bucurie toată anul. Ce face pe Marley atât de special este cum te face să te simți în siguranță doar fiind lângă el. Există ceva profund de asigurat în el, ca și cum ar purta în mod silent reasigurarea cu el oriunde ar merge. I have brought Marley out with me for multiple Meet the Breed appointments and whenever people pop down to meet the hounds, he is always the boy I reach for. He is the perfect ambassador, showing the world exactly what a typical boy hound should be gentle, loving, and just a tiny bit of an adorable doofus. He has a way of putting people instantly at ease, like a familiar Christmas story you already love before it even ends.Marley has had female kennel mates and has also kennelled alone, and he has been just as content in both situations. He is kind and caring with every hound and human he meets, and we have yet to meet a single greyhound who does not adore him. He would be more than happy sharing his forever home with a friendly female greyhound, but he would also thrive as the only dog, soaking up all the warmth, cuddles, and attention for himself. He is amazing at helping our more nervous girls settle in, as his gentle personality and kind heart show them that love from humans is safe and something to trust. Watching him quietly guide them has been incredibly special, and it truly shows what an exceptional soul he is.Marley is very much a people dog, and his affection extends to humans both big and small. He would be more than happy living with older, dog-savvy children who are confident around larger dogs. He does have playful moments and, like many greyhounds, a bit of limited spatial awareness, so confident children who understand the breed would be ideal. Given his love for people and his laid-back nature, Marley would also perfectly suit a home with adults or teenagers, where he can be the centre of his humans world and soak up all the cuddles and kisses his heart desires.It is important to be completely honest about Marley’s dog test so the right home can find him. During his dog test, Marley did struggle. As soon as he came out, he became quite vocal and began to spin on the lead. We gave him time and space and allowed him to walk past, but nothing was settling him in that moment. We did try to let him sniff Blossom so he could understand that she was a dog, but he became quite snappy, and we made the decision to end the test there. We never want him to have any negative associations, especially with such a lovely dog like Blossom.
