Comme elle vient tout juste d'arriver au refuge, elle est actuellement très craintive et se sent encore vulnérable face à tous ces changements. Pour le moment, son premier réflexe est la protection : elle fuit beaucoup dès qu'on essaie de l'approcher ou qu'elle entend un bruit inhabituel. Mitabi a besoin de temps pour observer, analyser son nouvel espace et comprendre que personne ne lui veut de mal.
