A lifetime of unloved… it saddens us so, wonderful Monja… Her story: Monja is one of the dogs we rescued from Braila in the spring of 2020 from the lethal injection. She came from there to a pension in Camarasu, but unfortunately, Monja didn't make any progress here. There was simply not enough time for the individual dog. Therefore, we recently moved Monja to a pension in Baia Mare. Here, she shows small steps… Monja is traumatized by her past. But she has already made good progress. While she used to bite out of panic at first, she now allows more human contact. Monja is a beautiful female dog – but her past is holding her back. She needs people who don't expect anything from her and who simply leave her alone until she understands that they won't harm her. Monja is approximately 7 years old. 7 years that have shaped and made Monja into who she is today. But it's never too late to make new experiences and learn. On the video, one can see how Monja would like to make contact but is not yet brave enough. She already enjoys attention – and being left alone, she doesn't like at all. We wish so much that Monja can also soon lead a wonderful dog life with people who will show her step by step how it works. Monja must set the pace herself. She will decide when she allows being touched, when she will wear a harness, and how quickly she wants to discover and enjoy life outside. Monja should be placed in a home without children. A confident only dog, from which Monja can learn, would be nice, but is not a must. Monja has a shoulder height of approximately 45 cm and thus a lower medium size. The beautiful Monja travels neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. She has her own EU pet passport and will only be sent after a positive. Ihre Geschichte: Monja ist eine der Hunde, die wir im Frühling 2020 aus Braila vor der Todesspritze gerettet haben. Sie kam von dort in eine Pension in Camarasu, nur leider kam Monja hier keinen Schritt weiter. Es gab einfach zu wenig Zeit für den einzelnen Hund. Daher haben wir Monja vor einiger Zeit nach Baia Mare in eine Pension umsetzen lassen. Hier sind es Mini-Schritte, die sie zeigt… Monja ist durch ihre Vergangenheit traumatisiert. Doch sie hat schon gute Fortschritte gemacht. Während sie anfangs in Panik um sich biss, lässt sie Menschenkontakt mittlerweile besser zu. Monja ist eine bildschöne Hündin – aber ihre Vergangenheit steht ihr im Weg. Sie braucht zwingend Menschen, die absolut nichts von ihr erwarten und sie einfach in Ruhe lassen, bis sie verstanden hat, dass man ihr nichts tut. Monja ist ca. 7 Jahre alt. 7 Jahre, die Monja geprägt und zu der gemacht haben, die sie heute ist. Doch es ist in keinem Alter zu spät neue Erfahrungen zu machen und zu lernen. Auf dem Video kann man schön sehen, wie Monja eigentlich gern Kontakt aufnehmen möchte, sich aber nicht traut. Sie genießt die Aufmerksamkeit schon – und alleine gelassen zu werden, mag sie gar nicht. Wir wünschen uns so sehr, dass Monja auch bald ein tolles Hundeleben führen kann, mit Menschen, die ihr Schritt für Schritt zeigen, wie es funktioniert. Monja muss das Tempo selbst bestimmen. Sie wird entscheiden, wann sie sich anfassen lässt, wann sie ein Geschirr anziehen wird und wie schnell sie das Leben draußen entdecken und genießen möchte. Monja sollte in jedem Fall in einen Haushalt ohne Kinder. Ein souveräner Ersthund, von dem Monja lernen kann, wäre schön, ist aber kein Muss. Monja hat eine Schulterhöhe von ca. 45 cm und damit eine untere mittlere Größe. Die schöne Monja reist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht aus. Sie besitzt ihren eigenen EU-Heimtierausweis und wird nur nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt. Bist du die erfahrene Hand, die Monja sucht?
