Mr Wormwood has been spending time in a foster home... and this is what his foster carer says about him: Mr Wormwood is a handsome, docile boy with a confident, easy-going nature.....and the occasional goofball moment! Whether he’s lounging on the sofa, soaking up the sunshine in the garden or heading out on an adventure, Mr Wormwood is happy to join in. He has adapted incredibly quickly to home life, settling into a routine and forming a lovely bond with his people. He walks well on lead, is housetrained and is very good at meeting new people, both at home and out and about. He is still learning that being left alone is nothing to worry about, so time by himself will need to be built up gradually and positively. Mr Wormwood is currently unsure around other non-sighthound breeds. With some distance, time and reassurance, he is able to take a look and move on, but he will need calm, controlled introductions with suitable dogs while he continues to build his confidence. He has also done very well travelling by car and is a fairly active boy. He would happily join you for a trek through nature, but is equally content enjoying a couple of good walks each day followed by some well-earned sofa time. Mr Wormwood is a calm, loving boy who has absolutely thrived in a home environment. He has already come such a long way and we’re sure he will continue to blossom with the right family. In return, he promises to be a wonderfully loyal and loving companion.
