Oliver is looking for a home! Friendly with both people and animals, he plays nice & is up to date on vaccines. He's grown bigger with kids! Oliver is still a puppy. This means energy, play, training, and... patience. He needs a guardian who will give him time, love, and proper guidance to become the perfect companion. It's not worth growing up behind bars… He deserves a warm home, a hug, and a second chance.
