The loving Pici lived with a homeless person in a caravan. There, she was regularly provided with food and Spot Ons by our shelter manager and she was also spayed. Now that the man she lived with was very ill and had to be hospitalized, Pici found her way into our partner shelter. Unfortunately, it turned out that Pici has several health issues. She has three small marsupials, spondylosis at several points along her spine, and severe cauda equina compression at two points. Due to her age, she should not be operated on and she is receiving pain medication. Pici is very friendly, although she lies in her hut a lot. She gets along well with dogs and also with cats. Die liebe Pici hat bei einem Obdachlosen in einem Wohnwagen gelebt. Dort wurde sie regelmäßig von unserer Tierheimleiterin mit Futter und Spot Ons versorgt und sie wurde auch kastriert. Nun war der Mann, bei dem sie lebte, sehr krank und musste ins Krankenhaus. So fand Pici den Weg in unser Partnertierheim. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass Pici mehrere gesundheitliche Probleme hat. Sie hat drei kleine Gesäugetumore, Spondylose an mehreren Stellen an ihrer Wirbelsäule und schwere Cauda Equina Kompression an zwei Stellen. Aufgrund ihres Alters soll sie nicht mehr operiert werden und bekommt Schmerzmittel. Pici ist sehr freundlich, obwohl sie viel in ihrer Hütte liegt. Mit Hunden und auch Katzen kommt sie gut zurecht.
