Since April, Ronald the tomcat has been staying at Hokazo. We found him wandering and estimate his birth date to be 7-5-2023. We can't tell much about him, because Ronald is very scared. He prefers to hide safely. He curls up all alone in a corner and hides from all the commotion around him. He is clearly not used to it. When we approach Ronald, he remains very still. If we look past his fear, we see a very friendly, gentle tomcat. We are therefore very curious how it would be for him if he came to a quiet environment where he gets the time to develop at his own pace. Without expectations and with all the love in the world. For Ronald, another cat is not necessarily needed. Our greatest wish is still that he can go to a place where another cat lives who is social with people and friendly to him. Sinds april logeert kater Ronald bij Hokazo. We hebben hem zwervend gevonden en schatten zijn geboortedatum op 7-5-2023. Veel kunnen we niet over hem vertellen, want Ronald is heel bang. Het liefst kruipt hij veilig weg. Heel alleen rolt hij zich op in een hoekje en verbergt hij zich voor alle drukte om hem heen. Hij is het duidelijk niet gewend. Als we Ronald benaderen, blijft hij heel stil zitten. Kijken we voorbij zijn angst, dan zien we een hele vriendelijke, zachtaardige kater. We zijn daarom heel benieuwd hoe het voor hem zou zijn als hij in een rustige omgeving komt waar hij de tijd krijgt om zich in eigen tempo te ontwikkelen. Zónder verwachtingen en mét alle liefde van de wereld. Voor Ronald lijkt een andere kat niet per se nodig. Onze grootste wens is toch dat hij naar een plek mag waar al een andere kat woont die sociaal is naar mensen en vriendelijk voor hem.
