Description: We’re Sakura and Sasuke, two little siblings born on the streets. Our world was small, but perfect—because we had our mom. We’d sleep cuddled up to her, feeling safe and thinking nothing bad could ever happen as long as we were together. But life had other plans. When we were just a month and a half old, our mom went out to look for food. We watched her leave, just like so many other times, never imagining it would be the last time we’d see her. We waited for hours, then days. We looked everywhere, searching for her silhouette, her scent, the sound of her footsteps... but she never came back. We couldn’t understand why she’d left us alone. Then a kind person came along and picked us up from the street. As they held us in their arms, we heard them crying. Through tears, they told us that a car had hit our mom. She’d lost her life. We were left orphaned, without even having had time to grow up. We were scared—so scared. We missed our mom’s warmth, her care, and that feeling of being protected. Luckily, that person opened the doors of their home—and also the door to their heart—just for us. There, we found food, clean water, a warm place to sleep, and toys we’d never had before. Gradually, we stopped trembling with fear and began to trust again. Today, we’re two happy little siblings. We love playing together, chasing each other all over the house, sleeping cuddled up, and showering each other with endless affection. Our foster mom laughs and says we’re way too affectionate—always following her around and being such a handful, asking for kisses and cuddles nonstop. She also says we’re beautiful, kind, and deserve a wonderful family. And that’s exactly what we’re looking for: a family that will love us forever, a family that’ll never abandon us, a home where we can grow up feeling safe and loved—just like every little child deserves. Nuestra mamá postiza dice entre risas que somos demasiado cariñosos, que la seguimos a todas partes y que somos unos pesados de tanto pedir besos y caricias. También dice que somos preciosos, buenos y que merecemos una familia maravillosa. Y eso es justamente lo que buscamos. Una familia que nos quiera para siempre. Una familia que nunca nos abandone.
