Friendly, affectionate and full of personality, Shadow loves everyone she meets and isn't shy about asking for cuddles or giving out plenty of kisses in return.She's a dream to take out and about. Shadow walks beautifully on a loose lead, travels happily in the van, and takes new experiences in her stride. Whether it's busy roads, cyclists, children on scooters or even walking alongside a wheelchair user, she takes it all in her stride with confidence and calmness.Shadow is a bright, intelligent girl who loves learning and enjoys keeping her clever mind busy. She already knows some of her basic commands, including sit and paw, and she's always eager to please. She's also been an absolute superstar during her veterinary visits and handling, taking everything in her stride, even bath time!She could fit into a variety of homes and may be able to live with children aged five and over, another friendly dog, and potentially even a confident cat with careful introductions and experienced owners.Like any Husky, Shadow will thrive with an active family who understands her breed, can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment and companionship, as well as a secure garden with at least 5ft fencing for her safety.While she's an incredibly loving girl, she can occasionally be sensitive to sudden movements or unexpected touches on her back when she's feeling overwhelmed.
