89440 Pongo – male dog, neutered, born ca. 2021, shoulder height ca. 52 cm, in the animal shelter Belchatow since 02.03.2023. This friendly male dog can be led on a leash without much trouble. He is initially temperamental and lively, but calms down relatively quickly and is very friendly. It’s hard not to sympathize with his excitement; this sporty young dog has been in the animal shelter for almost two years and is surely grateful for any change. On his face, he has a few scars from old injuries, but he can’t tell us where they came from. He shares his pen with male dogs and female dogs, and we also have no trouble meeting another male dog that is allowed to run loose on the premises. According to the animal shelter Belchatow, Bongo is afraid of veterinarians and can react aggressively when he gets a shot. (12/2024 B/IJ)

89440 Pongo – Rüde, kastriert, geboren ca. 2021, Schulterhöhe ca. 52 cm, im Tierheim Belchatow seit 02.03.2023. Problemlos wird uns dieser freundliche Rüde an der Leine herangeführt. Er ist anfangs temperamentvoll und quirlig, beruhigt sich aber relativ schnell und präsentiert sich sehr zugewandt. Die Aufregung kann man ihm kaum verdenken, dieser sportliche junge Hund befindet sich nun schon fast zwei Jahre im Tierheim und ist sicher für jede Abwechslung dankbar. Im Gesicht hat er ein paar Narben von alten Verletzungen, woher sie stammen, kann er uns leider nicht erzählen. Er teilt seinen Zwinger mit Rüden und Hündinnen, wir begegnen außerdem ohne Schwierigkeiten einem auf dem Gelände freilaufenden anderen Rüden. Lt. Tierheim Belchatow hat Bongo Angst vor Tierärzten und kann aggressiv reagieren, wenn er eine Spritze bekommt. (12/2024 B/IJ)
