Victor is an 8 Year Old Kerry Blue Terrier Cross who has taken time to grow in confidence, but now that he feels comfortable, his happy personality is shining through. He greets his friends with a waggy tail and excitement, loves spending time with people, and enjoys plenty of fuss and affection, often climbing onto a staff member's lap for cuddles. Victor is a big fan of his toys, especially a game of fetch, and he loves heading out on walking adventures. He enjoys walking alongside other dogs and happily jumps straight into the car when it's time for an outing. Victor is looking for an adult-only home where he can settle in at his own pace and continue building his confidence. A private, secure garden would give him a safe space to play and relax off lead as walks may be too overwhelming for him initially. Although he enjoys walking with other dogs, he would be happiest as the only dog in the home and is unable to live with cats. He could share his home with small furries if they are kept separate from him. His adopters should be prepared to gradually build up any time he spends alone and have the ability to manage access to the front door, as unfamiliar visitors can be worrying for him.
