At the end of April, Yoda came to the café. Previously, she had ended up at the shelter due to her owners’ move. She arrived there together with another kitten and was quite moody. When they were briefly separated from each other, Yoda quickly blossomed and became much more relaxed. For this very reason, we’re looking for a new home where she can live all by herself. Yoda is a beautiful black female cat (European Shorthair) and is also our oldest cat. She often lies sleeping in the round scratching post in the cat room. When you approach, she sticks her head out to receive cuddles and pettings. Regularly, she pops into the café and settles comfortably in the cat furniture, waiting for someone to come and pet her. But be warned—once she’s had enough petting, she’ll make it very clear that she’s had enough, and it really is time for her to rest again. Yoda is looking for a quiet home where there are no other animals present. A family with no children or with older children would be ideal for her. Eind april is Yoda in het café gekomen. Eerder kwam ze in het asiel terecht omwille van een verhuis van haar baasjes. Ze kwam daar samen met een ander katje toe en was vrij humeurig. Toen ze even werden gescheiden van elkaar, bloeide Yoda vrij snel open. Omwille van deze reden wordt er een nieuwe thuis gezocht waar ze alleen terecht kan. Yoda is een knappe, zwarte kattin (Europese korthaar) en is ook ons oudste katje. Ze ligt vaak in de ronde krabpaal in de kattenkamer te slapen. Wanneer je toekomt, steekt ze haar kopje buiten om knuffels en aaitjes in ontvangst te nemen. Regelmatig komt ze een kijkje nemen in het café en gaat ze daar in het kattenmeubel klaar zitten op zoek naar iemand die haar komt aaien. Maar let op, wanneer ze genoeg aaitjes heeft ontvangen, laat ze dit heel duidelijk merken en is het écht genoeg voor haar. Dan heeft ze opnieuw haar rust nodig. Yoda is op zoek naar een rustige thuis waar geen andere dieren aanwezig zijn. Een gezin zonder of met oudere kinderen zijn ideaal voor haar. Ook een tuintje waar ze haar pootjes in kan strekken, zou ze enorm fijn vinden. Soort dier: Kat Geslacht: Vrouwelijk Leeftijd: 10.06.2011
