Can I adopt from Pootjesparadijs Dierenopvangcentrum Zemst if I live in another country?
Yes. Cross-border adoption within the EU is straightforward thanks to the EU pet passport system. Pootjesparadijs Dierenopvangcentrum Zemst typically handles the vetting, chipping, and passport.
