Aktualizace 3.10.2025: Selena je stále tady a nemá své vlastní domovy. Tady je ona s jejím kamarádem Azorem. Aktualizace 28.4.2025: Selena potřebuje skvělý domov! Zaslouží si to. Prospěla by z účasti na nějakém kurzu pro psy, jako je trénink pro chytrosti… Selena je nyní oficiálně posledním členem své rodiny, který ještě je ve štěpce. Všechny 9 jejích mláďat našly láskavé domovy a i když nás to opravdu těší, naše srdce se rozbíjejí kvůli naší krásné Selene. Čeká tu od roku 2022 (!) Selena má ráda hru a běhání s jejím nejlepším přítelem Carlosem, spánek ve slunci a všechny polibky a zábavy, které jen může dostat. Učí se rychle a její láska ke stravě ji dělá snadno trénovatelnou. Selena je nesmírně inteligentní a potřebuje fyzické i mentální bohatství. Štěpce život prostě to nedokáže nabídnout! Selena je silná, sebejistá dívka, která ví, co chce. Má velké srdce a drsný duch – a má to plně na starost! Plná charakteru, s trochou hrdosti a právě proto ji milujeme! Teď hledá místo, kam se může stáhnout do pohodlné postele vedle někoho, kdo ji miluje. Může to být právě ty? Prosím, už nepřehlížej hezkou Selenu déle! Má takový potenciál, ale zbytečně se tu ztrácí. Jsme si jisti, že se bude cítit dobře v zkušeném, aktivním a laskavém domově! Aktualizace 19.12.2024: A pak je tu naše SELENA. Od doby, co přišla do štěpce v květnu 2022 – těhotná a brzy porodila devět dětí – prošla dlouhou cestou. Není možné ji nezamilovat! Selena je nesmírně chytrá a bolelo nás vidět, jak její potenciál ztrácí zde. Je tak nadšená z pokrmů, pozornosti a své hříčky na dvorku. Její šťastné otáčky a běhání jsou nejpřirozenější věc, kterou kdy uvidíš. Aktualizace 15.12.2023: Seznámte se s Selenu, epitomem odolnosti a krásy. Když byla opuštěná, tento světle hnědý pes se proměnil v obrazec síly a grácie. Její srst, nyní blýskající se, vypráví příběh přežití a nového záření. Selena, s očima, které odrážejí směsici moudrosti a vděčnosti, chodí s novým duchem. Navzdory svým předchozím obtížím se chová elegantně s trochou hrátky. Její dny opuštění jsou za ní, nahrazené láskou a péčí, která opravila jak její tělo, tak duši. Když slunce tančí na jejím světlém hnědém srsti, Selena je živým důkazem transformační moci laskavosti. Každý krok, který udělá, odkazuje na příběh hojení a vítězství lásky nad zanedbáním. Selena není jen pes; je to symbol naděje, který nám připomíná, že i nejzraněnější duchy mohou být opraveny laskavostí. Příběh Seleny: Byla vzata pod váhou a těhotná z okraje silnice v květnu 2022. Jak těhotná byla, nebylo vidět na první pohled, dokud dva dny později nám připravila překvapení. V noci Selena porodila devět malých dětí, které my nazýváme její "oříšky". Selena je velký pes s úžasným a jedinečným charakterem. Je legrační holka, velmi připojená k lidem a dělá nejkrásnější tance, když je čas na jídlo nebo když je něco zaujalo. Někdy může být trochu přesvědčivá, ale protože je fyzicky silná, potřebuje lidi schopné vést psa takového rozměru. Selena je velmi hravá a sociální s ostatními psy. Selena může být docela dominantní a potřebuje jiné psy, aby pochopily a líbilo se jí její fyzický způsob hry. Selena je matkou Cashew, Peanut, Chestnut, Hazelnut, Butternut, Brazil, Pistachio, Pecan a Coconut.

A super affectionate and funny girl. She does the most adorable dances when she gets excited – which is mostly at the sight of food or her dear playtime in the yard. Selena is a dominant girl who prefers a confident male around (or to be the only dog in the household). Here she is with her friend Azor. Update April 2025: Selena needs a good home! She deserves it. She would profit from doing some dog school course like trick dog. Selena is now officially the last member of her family still at the shelter. All 9 of her babies have found loving homes and while that makes us really happy, our hearts break for our beautiful Selena. She’s been waiting since 2022 (!) Selena loves playing and running with her best friend Carlos, napping in the sun and getting all the pets and treats she can get. She learns quickly and her love of food makes her easy to train. Selena is incredibly intelligent and needs both physical and mental enrichment. Shelter life simply can’t offer that! Selena is a strong, confident girl who knows what she wants. She’s got a big heart and a bold spirit – and she owns it! Full of character, with just a touch of sass and that’s exactly why we love her! Now she’s looking for a place to call home, where she can curl up in a cozy bed beside someone who loves her. Could that someone be you? Please don’t overlook sweet Selena any longer! She has so much potential, but it’s being wasted here. We‘re sure she’ll thrive in an experienced, active and loving home! Update December 2024: And then there’s our SELENA. Since arriving at the shelter in May 2022 – pregnant and soon giving birth to nine babies – she’s come a long way. You can’t help but fall in love with this girl! Selena is incredibly smart and it’s painful to see her potential go to waste here. She gets so excited about treats, attention and her playtime in the yard. Her happy spins and zoomies are the most wholesome thing you’ll ever see Update December 2023: Meet Selena, the epitome of resilience and beauty. Once abandoned, this light brown female dog has transformed into a vision of strength and grace. Her coat, now gleaming, tells a tale of survival and newfound radiance. Selena, with eyes that reflect a mixture of wisdom and gratitude, walks with a renewed spirit. Despite her past hardships, she carries herself with elegance and a touch of playfulness. Update December 2023: She's a funny girl who is very attached to people and does the cutest little dances when it's time for food or she's excited about something. She can get a bit overexcited sometimes though and because she's physically strong she needs people capable to handle a dog her size. Selena's very playful and social with other dogs. Selena can be a quite dominant and needs other dogs to understand and like her physical way of playing. Selena is the momma of Cashew, Peanut, Chestnut, Hazelnut, Butternut, Brazil, Pistachio, Pecan and Coconut. Update September 2022: Selena was picked up underweight and pregnant from the side of the road in May 2022. It wasn't visible to the naked eye HOW pregnant she was until two days later she had a surprise in store for us. Overnight Selena had given birth to nine little babies, her nuts, as we call them. Selena is a large dog with a wonderful and unique character.
