As a puppy, he was rescued from the streets by kind-hearted people and taken to a boarding kennel, where he remained for years. Although he was safe, he never experienced the comfort of a loving home or learned to trust the world around him. A few months ago, our friend Ivka asked Hope to take Tony in and help him prepare for a brighter future. Since arriving, he has been taking small but meaningful steps forward every day.
