As a puppy, he was rescued from the streets by kind-hearted people and taken to a boarding kennel, where he remained for years. A few months ago, our friend Ivka asked Hope to take Tony in and help him prepare for a brighter future. Since arriving, he has been taking small but meaningful steps forward every day.
