Nečekaný společník Tento psí kamarád se nečekaně objevil na fince právě v den, kdy byl Iggy rychle převezen k veterináři. Iggy, který je s Emmou od jejích 18 let, je důvodem, proč toto útočiště vzniklo. Pozoruhodné je, že Zazu se svým vzhledem i chováním velmi podobá Igymu. Když se připojil k Emmě v době, kdy byl Iggy u veterináře, byl to dojemný a emocionální projev toho, že chce patřit k jejich smečce. A teď už k ní patří – je dalším loajálním následovníkem Emmy. Vazba mezi Igym a Zazuem je srdceryvná. Je stále velmi zvláštní náhoda, jak si tyto dva tak podobají. Neobyčejná podoba obou často překvapuje dobrovolníky i návštěvníky při jejich návratu. Často komentují, jak mladě Iggy vypadá, aniž by tušili, že ve skutečnosti není to on. Náš starší Iggy má 18 let a Zazu je jen o něco málo přes rok.

The Unexpected Companion This canine companion made an unexpected appearance at the finca, on the very day that Iggy was rushed into the vets. Iggy, who has been with Emma since she was 18, is the reason the sanctuary started. Remarkably, Zazu looks so much like Iggy in both appearance and behaviour. When he attached himself to Emma whilst Iggy was in the vets, it was a touching and emotional sign that he wanted to join their pack. And now he is, another loyal follower of Emma. The bond between Iggy and Zazu is heartwarming. It remains a very strange coincidence how they look so alike. The uncanny resemblance between the two often surprises volunteers and visitors when they return. They often comment on how young Iggy looks, not knowing that it is actually not him. Our senior Iggy is 18 and Zazu is just over a year old.
