Connie har hele sit liv hidtil boet i en lille landsby og gået på marker, så hun er ikke vant til byernes travlhed og larm og kan blive bange over meget trafik og støj. Hun kan dog godt lide at hoppe ind i bilen for at komme ud på nye eventyr og nyder især at løbe på stranden eller udforske skovområder. Hun leder efter et mere landligt hjem, hvor hun kan genopbygge sin selvtillid, lære sin familie at kende og nyde en livslang omgang med kælen på sofaen! Connie er en sjov og elskelig hund, der søger en familie, som hun kan kalde sin egen. Hun elsker selskab og vil gerne have sin familie omkring sig så meget som muligt, så et travlt hjem ville passe hende godt. Hvis du snakker med hende, slapper hun tydeligt af og kommer gerne hen for at få lidt opmærksomhed. Hun er ikke så glad for at blive alene. Dette skal opbygges gradvist, når hun finder sig til rette. Hun vil gerne være den eneste hund i hjemmet, da hun elsker alle legetøjet og opmærksomheden for sig selv. Udenfor er hun fin til at socialisere med andre hunde. Connie kunne dele sit hjem med børn i overbygningen, som forstår, at hun har brug for tid til at finde sig til rette og opbygge sin selvtillid og derfor måske har brug for et roligt rum i begyndelsen.

Connie has spent all of her life living in a small village, enjoying peaceful walks across open fields, so she's not used to the hustle and bustle of busy towns or cities and may find heavy traffic and noisy environments a little overwhelming. She would love a more rural home where she can continue to grow in confidence with her new family. When it's time for an adventure, Connie is always ready! She travels brilliantly in the car and loves heading off to explore. Whether she's running through open fields, splashing along the beach, or discovering woodland trails, she's happiest when she's out enjoying the great outdoors. She has excellent recall, loves stretching her legs in safe open spaces, and would make a fantastic walking and adventure companion for someone who enjoys getting out and about. After a day of exploring, Connie settles well at home and can't wait to enjoy a lifetime of cuddles on the sofa with her favourite people. With her affectionate personality, love of adventure, and sweet nature, Connie is sure to make a wonderful companion for the lucky family who welcomes her home. Connie is a scruffy little lovebug who is looking for a family to call her own. She adores company and would love a home where her family are around for most of the day, so a busy household would suit her perfectly. If you chat to her, she visibly relaxes and will happily come over for a fuss, quickly showing her affectionate and gentle nature. Connie is a very sweet, lovely girl who forms close bonds with the people she trusts. She's not so keen on being left alone, so any time by herself will need to be built up gradually as she settles into her new home. Connie is looking to be the only dog in the home, as she prefers to keep all the toys and attention for herself. Out and about, however, she enjoys socialising with other dogs and is happy to walk alongside canine companions, particularly male dogs. She could also share her home with children of upper primary school age and above who understand that she'll need a little time and space to settle in and build her confidence.
