Personality:Meet Poppy, our adorable fluffy puppy. She came to us as a stray so we have limited information about her. While being here she has been carried around the site, but her experience of the world is pretty limited at the moment. Like all puppies, she is playful and affectionate, but is a little mouthy and likes to chew on things. We would recommend that you enroll Poppy into puppy training classes to help her start off on the right foot. Behaviour:Wiggly little fidget Poppy is a curious, and confident lady who likes to explore. She is very confident for her age and loves investigating new things, which then ends up with her chewing them! Housing:She will not be able to be left alone at all initially, and will need someone home at all times to begin with. Then she will need gradual exposure to being left alone. She will need access to a private, secure garden. Please do not apply for this puppy if you are not in a position to adopt immediately. We will not process applications with holidays approaching. Children/pets:Poppy can be rehomed with Children 10+, a dog savvy cat and/or a calm dog that would be comfortable with a puppy. Please note- puppies are mouthy and nippy, so adults should consider this before applying. Vet history:She is flea, wormed and microchipped. She has had their first vaccination and will need to return to the shelter for their 2nd vaccination and neutering (when She is old enough) Adoption fee:The adoption fee is £250. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
