Roar has hung up his racing shoes and he’s ready to start his next adventure as someone’s loving companion! This gentle Greyhound is a sweet, affectionate boy who enjoys quiet moments, a fuss, and being close to his people. He can be a little sensitive at times, Roar appreciates calm introductions and a family who will let him shine at his own pace. He’s happiest with gentle walks, cosy naps, and a home where he can feel safe and loved. Roar has lovely manners and is ready to learn all about home life with a patient family by his side. Roar is looking for a home away from the inner city with access to his own private garden for some space that's secure for him to to burn off some energy. He would prefer to be the only dog in the home and due to be an ex racer, he cannot live with cats. Roar has been friendly with everyone he meets so can live with older children.
