Adopt Kevin adoptieren

Kevin has been on an incredible journey with us, and now he’s ready to take the next brave step – finding a loving forever home of his own. When Kevin first arrived, he was in a truly heartbreaking condition. Severely underweight at just 20kg, his fragile body was struggling, and he was covered in painful, infected wounds. Since then, Kevin has made an amazing transformation – now a much healthier 40kg and blossoming more with each passing day. Kevin’s past has understandably left its mark, and he does have some ongoing medical needs. He has a heart murmur and requires a sensitive diet to support his gut health. He can also experience occasional ear flare-ups, so he’ll need dedicated adopters who are happy to stay on top of his care and help him feel his very best. Despite everything he’s been through, Kevin’s personality shines through beautifully. He is a sweet and playful boy who has formed such special bonds with our team. He absolutely adores his toys and would happily play all day if given the chance – his puppy-like spirit is an absolute joy to see. Kevin can find the world a little overwhelming at times, and we believe he may have lived quite a sheltered life before coming to us. Because of this, he’s looking for a calm, adult-only home in a quiet location, where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace. He has already made lovely progress and really enjoys exploring our woodlands, often heading off on little adventures, taking in all the sights and sounds around him. He travels well and would love a family who enjoy peaceful, rural walks. When it comes to other dogs, Kevin can find greetings tricky, but he is making positive steps with his social skills. He is comfortable wearing a muzzle on walks and would benefit from quieter walking areas with fewer dogs, helping him feel safe and relaxed. Kevin may need a little support settling into home life, including house training, but with patience and understanding, he will continue to flourish. This very special boy has come so far and deserves a home that will truly see just how incredible he is. With the right family by his side, Kevin will reward you with endless love, loyal companionship, and plenty of playful moments. We can’t wait to see him begin this next chapter – he deserves nothing less.
