Otis ist vielleicht klein in der Größe, aber groß in Charakter und Energie! Otis liebt es unterwegs zu sein und seine Nase am Boden zu haben. Er würde gerne einen aktiven Besitzer haben, der ihn auf lange Wandertouren mitnehmen kann. Otis ist anfangs ein selbstständiger Junge und obwohl er freudig mit neuen Menschen umgehen kann, neigt er dazu, sich zurückzuziehen. Sobald Otis eine Beziehung zu dir aufgebaut hat, genießt er Zärtlichkeit. Er sucht ein Zuhause nur für Erwachsene, das ihm ermöglicht, sich nach eigenem Tempo einzuleben. Otis’ größte Liebe im Leben sind seine Spielzeuge, je quietscher desto besser! Otis hat Angst vor anderen Hunden und kann in Anwesenheit von lautereren Hunden Schwierigkeiten haben, er wird versuchen, die Situation zu vermeiden, aber falls dies nicht möglich ist, wird er laut werden. Otis lernt gerade, eine Leine zu tragen, um bei Begegnungen mit neuen Hunden zu helfen. Er möchte der einzige Haustier in der Familie sein und benötigt ruhige Spazierwege. Otis may be small in size but is big in character and energy! Otis loves to be on the move and have his nose to the ground. He would love an active owner who can take him on long hikes. Otis is an independent boy initially and whilst he is happy to be around new people he tends to keep to himself. Once Otis has built a relationship up with you he enjoys affection. He is looking for an adult only home that can allow him to settle in at his own pace.Otis’ main love in life are his toys, the squeakier the better! Otis is worried of other dogs and can struggle in the presence of more boisterous dogs, he will do his best to avoid the situation but will vocalise if that option is not available. Otis is currently learning to wear a muzzle for his walks to help facilitate greets with new dogs. He is looking to be the only pet in the household and will need quiet walking routes. He can often be found snuggled into his bed and enjoys to use his crate.
