Hallo... Ich bin Fred. Ich bin nicht ganz sicher, wie ich dorthin gekommen bin... Ich wurde bei einer Tierarztpraxis abgegeben und niemand ist zurückgekommen, um mich zu holen. Aber die netten Leute hier haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich sicher bin, und jetzt warte ich einfach auf etwas Besseres, ein echtes Zuhause. Sie sagen, ich bin etwa zwei Jahre alt, und anscheinend bin ich „sehr gut aussehend“ (ich versuche, es mir nicht zu Kopf zu steigen). Was ich weiß, ist, dass ich ein sanfter Junge bin. Ich liebe Aufmerksamkeit und Streicheleinheiten, aber ich bin nicht der drängende Typ, ich komme einfach leise zu dir und setze mich neben dich, hoffend, dass du mich bemerkst ... und vielleicht einen kurzen Streichelt. Ich bin sehr gut in den wichtigen Dingen im Leben: Nickerchen, Schlafen und Kekse backen. Wenn es ein weiches Tuch und einen warmen Platz gibt, bin ich dort, mit sanftem Wühlen meiner Pfoten, vollkommen zufrieden. Ich würde gerne in einem ruhigen Zuhause leben. Hunde sind nicht wirklich mein Ding, aber ich könnte mit einem anderen Katzenfreund leben, wenn er so freundlich ist wie ich. Ältere, respektvolle Kinder wären ebenfalls okay, besonders wenn sie verstehen, dass ich eine weiche Seele mit sanften Bedürfnissen habe. Ich verlange nicht viel. Nur einen sicheren Ort, ein bisschen Liebe und jemanden, der mich nah sein lässt. Wenn du mich wählst ... ich glaube, ich könnte dich sehr glücklich machen. Ich weiß, du würdest mich auch glücklich machen. Hello... I’m Fred.I’m not entirely sure how I ended up where I did... I was left at a vet practice, and no one came back for me. But the kind people here made sure I was safe, and now I’m just waiting for something better, a real home.They say I’m about two years old, and apparently I’m “very handsome” (I try not to let it go to my head). What I do know is that I’m a gentle sort of boy. I love attention and fuss, but I’m not the pushy type, I’ll just quietly come and sit near you, hoping you might notice me... and maybe give me a little stroke.I’m very good at the important things in life: naps, snoozes, and making biscuits. If there’s a soft blanket and a warm spot, I’ll be there, paws gently kneading away, perfectly content.I’d like a calm home. Dogs aren’t really my thing, but I might be able to live with another cat if they’re kind like me. Older, respectful children would be fine too, especially if they understand that I’m a soft soul who likes things nice and gentle.I don’t ask for much.
