Joep ist ein liebenswerter erwachsener Hund, der nach dem Tod seines geliebten Besitzers ins Gouves Animal Shelter gekommen ist. Obwohl er nicht mehr jung ist, liebt er es zu spielen und hat eine fröhliche Persönlichkeit, die alle mit seinen lustigen Gesichtszügen glücklich macht. Er versteht sich gut mit anderen Tieren und wird als sehr liebend beschrieben. Joep kämpft mit dem Leben im Tierheim und braucht dringend ein neues liebevolles Zuhause, in dem er seine große Liebe und Freude teilen kann. Er weiß, dass seine Chancen auf Adoption aufgrund seines Alters geringer sind, bleibt aber hoffnungsvoll auf die richtige Familie.
